We ship Ground via common carrier. Products of large scale or quantity may be shipped by truck - for more information about truck deliveries, please contact us. Shipping charges will be automatically added to your order at checkout. Maryland customers are charged sales tax (products + shipping and handling charges).
CREDIT CARDS AND BILLING INFORMATION
Empowering Youth Globally, Inc. does not maintain nor keep on record your credit card information. All credit card information is kept according to the security and privacy protocols of the credit card processor, which forbids the disclosure of that information without a valid subpoena.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Empowering Youth Globally, Inc., we take great pride in the quality of our products. Please inspect your purchase immediately and notify us of any damage, incomplete, or inaccurate shipments. Please call us at 443-739-8170. Empowering Youth Globally, Inc. offers a full refund or exchange for in stock (non-customized) items returned to us within 30 days. Returns of stock merchandise must be in original condition and packaging, and include a receipt to be eligible for a full refund. Items without a receipt may be exchanged or returned for merchandise credit.
